1. INFORMATION PACK

Before your appointment with the Consultant, you will receive or be sent a complete information pack. This material will allow you to gain a basic understanding of the fundamental aspects of building a pool, so that you arrive at the meeting already informed and ready to discuss your needs.

After reviewing the contents, you can schedule the appointment with our Consultant, who will guide you step by step in transforming your idea into a concrete and personalized project.

2. INTERVIEW AND CONSULTING

This is the most important phase of the entire process, as it is here that we gather all the specific information that will guide the final choice of your pool.

Through our certified Pool Professional Consulting® method, the Consultant will guide you in a structured interview with over 40 questions, covering all the fundamental aspects: from technical and aesthetic requirements, to personal preferences, and up to the available budget.

The meeting lasts approximately three hours and gives you the opportunity to see and experience firsthand the various elements of the pool in our showroom, allowing you to fully understand the proposed choices and solutions.

3. SITE VISIT AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

Only at this stage will the Consultant, assisted by our Technical Director, carry out the site visit, using our exclusive “Technical Analysis” form, developed from experience gained with over 500 pools completed.

Every detail is taken into account: soil characteristics, sun and wind exposure, location of the technical room and plumbing, construction works, heat pump setup, and much more.

This ensures that every technical aspect of your pool is evaluated with precision, avoiding future problems and guaranteeing a perfect, functional, and aesthetically flawless construction.

4. IN-DEPTH MEETING ON THE DESIGN OF THE POOL AND THE SURROUNDING LANDSCAPE

This is the most interesting and creative phase of the project.

To achieve a true “wow” effect, your pool cannot be just a “nice, anonymous pool in the middle of the lawn.” Designing a pool also means considering the solarium, paving, surrounding greenery, garden, and poolside furnishings, so that everything is harmonious and functional.

Thanks to our over thirty years of experience, you will find in us a knowledgeable and competent partner also in aesthetic and landscape matters, ready to collaborate and interact with architects, landscapers, and other professionals involved in the project.

Even if you are already working with an architect or landscaper, it is highly recommended to participate personally in this phase, as the various aesthetic and technical options will be evaluated together, ensuring that the pool is perfectly integrated into the context and reflects your taste and needs.

5. DELIVERY OF THE PROJECT DRAFT, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION AND ECONOMIC PROPOSAL

At this stage, we will provide you with all the final, complete, and detailed documentation, which includes:

• The technical drawing or project draft of the pool, showing the layout of accessories, entry points, dimensions, and every functional detail;

• The projected consumption and maintenance cost estimate;

• The thermal balance for any water heating;

• A lighting simulation of the interior of the pool;

• A final report summarizing the proposed solution, recommended accessories, and concluding suggestions.

In addition, the Consultant will prepare an extremely detailed cost proposal: every item, detail, and type of product will be clearly listed in the provided dossier, and it will be reviewed with you in a further meeting at our showroom, allowing you to evaluate every aspect with confidence and certainty.

6. CONTRACT SIGNING

After carefully reviewing the estimate and considering all the details, the contract will be signed. At this stage, you can finally give the green light to the work and begin the journey toward creating the pool of your dreams, with the confidence of having made informed decisions and supported by a professional and comprehensive consulting service.

7. GENERAL COORDINATION MEETING

This is a crucial preparatory meeting that will take place at our showroom, attended by the construction company, the Project Manager, our Engineer, and the Consultant. During the meeting, the complete technical dossier will be provided, including all drawings, technical datasheets, and instructions necessary to ensure the correct execution of the work.

Holding the meeting on-site allows full focus on the content, avoiding superficial or confusing explanations that might occur directly at the construction site. Every detail is carefully reviewed so that each participant fully understands their role and the methods of intervention.

The client’s presence is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended, as it allows greater oversight of what will be carried out during the work and enables active participation in the coordination phase.

8. SURVEY AND QUALITY VERIFICATION

Our consulting service does not end with the initial project phase or the pre-construction meetings. We want to ensure that everything proceeds in the best possible way and that, in the end, you are completely satisfied with both the result and the service received.

For this reason, once the work is completed, there will be a final meeting with the Consultant. Through a verification survey, we will check that the pool has been built to the highest standards and that you are truly thrilled with the outcome. Any oversight or error identified will be immediately corrected, ensuring your total satisfaction.
