On the seafront of Porto Sant'Elpidio, we have built this spectacular attic swimming pool, with a view of the blue Adriatic as far as the eye can see.
The first scenic and particular effect of the creation is the panoramic overflow on three sides of the pool, which accentuates the infinity effect towards the horizon allowing a 180 degree view. The compensation pool follows the three sides of the overflow, underlining the modern and elegant design of the structure and cladding.
The swimming pool is protected by a transparent glass balustrade which also runs along the entire terrace and solarium area, leaving the sense of lightness and the splendid view of the coast intact.
THE ACCESSORIES
The tub is equipped with 4 hydromassage stations, which allow you to fully enjoy the benefits of water. Wonderful to be able to enjoy cocktails or fresh fruit by the pool, pleasantly caressed by the water massage with a view of the sea.
Furthermore, this pool was not designed to enjoy swimming only in Summer and in broad daylight. Heating the water thanks to the heat pump will allow our customers to dive into the water even on the coolest evenings or in intermediate months such as May or October.
For the lighting, a modern choice was made by opting for a spectacular warm white LED strip that runs along the entire non-infinity side of the pool. The execution was preceded by a lighting-technical project that allowed us to understand the effectiveness of the hypothesized lighting.
THE TECHNICAL ROOM
Despite the attractiveness of a swimming pool on a terrace, the construction always requires careful analysis and a scrupulous technical project, given the delicacy of the position and the fact of having to take into consideration many factors: the weight of the structure, the dimensions of the space layout, positioning of the technical room and much more.
In our case, the surface available for the latter was really small;we therefore had to develop a super-precise system for the placement of the various pipes, systems, filters, etc. Thanks to the expertise of our Engineer Lorenzo Girotti and careful planning we managed to create a highly technological and functional environment.
The positioning of the heat pump was also designed to remain as hidden as possible without creating an excessive aesthetic impact.

The swimming pool is truly wonderful and presents itself as a classy creation, surrounded by equally beautiful accessories such as the soft white lounge chairs and the lush green walls that give the idea of a true tropical oasis.
The modern design, the effect of the stoneware covering, the overflow on three sides and the quality of the accessories make this swimming pool an enchanting attic creation.
