The stages of the consultancy

 

As previously mentioned, the consulting takes place in distinct phases, following a precise sequence of actions designed to educate the client and facilitate the final decision.

1. INFORMATION PACK

As a first step, you will receive a complete informational package (printed), either handed to you or sent by mail.
This material will allow you to gain a basic understanding of the key aspects involved in building a swimming pool, so you can arrive at the meeting already informed and ready to discuss your needs.

Only after reviewing the contents will you be able to schedule an appointment with our Consultant, who will guide you step by step in turning your idea into a concrete and personalized project.

2. INTERVIEW AND CONSULTING

This is the most important phase of the entire process, as it is where we gather all the specific information that will guide the final choice of your swimming pool.

The Consultant will guide you through a structured interview with over 40 questions, covering all the key aspects: from technical and aesthetic requirements to personal preferences and available budget. The meeting lasts approximately three hours.

3. SITE VISIT AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

Only at this stage will the Consultant, together with our Technical Director, carry out an on-site inspection.

Every aspect will be carefully evaluated: ground conditions, exposure to sun and wind, the positioning of the technical room and piping, construction work, preparation for the heat pump, and much more.

You can be confident that every technical detail of your swimming pool will be assessed with precision, helping to prevent future issues.

4. IN-DEPTH MEETING ON THE DESIGN OF THE POOL AND THE SURROUNDING LANDSCAPE

This is the most interesting and creative phase of the project.

To achieve a true “wow” effect, your pool cannot simply be “a nice anonymous pool in the middle of a lawn.”

Thanks to our expertise and over thirty years of experience, you will find in us a knowledgeable and reliable partner also from an aesthetic and landscape perspective, ready to collaborate and interact with architects, landscape designers, and other professionals involved in the project.

Together, we will evaluate the various aesthetic and technical options to ensure that your pool is perfectly integrated into its surroundings.

5. DELIVERY OF THE PROJECT DRAFT, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION AND ECONOMIC PROPOSAL

At this stage, we will provide you with the complete and detailed final documentation, which includes:

  • The technical drawing or project draft of the pool, showing the layout of accessories, entry points, dimensions, and every functional detail;

  • A projected estimate of consumption and maintenance costs;

  • The thermal balance for any water heating system;

  • A lighting simulation of the pool interior;

  • A final report summarizing the proposed solution, recommended accessories, and concluding suggestions.

In addition, the Consultant will prepare an extremely detailed cost proposal, including every possible item necessary for the construction of the pool.

6. CONTRACT SIGNING

After carefully reviewing the estimate and considering all the details, the contract will be signed.

At this stage, you can finally give the green light to the works and begin the journey toward creating the swimming pool you have chosen.

7. GENERAL COORDINATION MEETING

This is a crucial preparatory meeting that will take place at our showroom, attended by:

  • The construction company

  • The Project Manager

  • Our Engineer

  • The Consultant

  • The Client

During the meeting, the complete technical dossier will be handed over, including all drawings, technical sheets, and instructions necessary to ensure the proper execution of the work. Every detail will be carefully reviewed so that each participant fully understands their role and the procedures to follow.

8. SURVEY AND QUALITY VERIFICATION

Once the work is completed, there will be a final meeting with the Consultant.

Through a verification survey, we will ensure that the pool has been built to the highest standards and that any possible oversight is immediately corrected, until you are completely satisfied.

Why isn’t the inspection carried out right away, before the meeting at the company?

After almost forty years of experience, we have found that the best time to carry out the inspection is after the meeting with the Consultant. This way, we will already have gathered all the necessary information to understand the type of pool you want to build and the technical work required.

Carrying out the inspection before having this information would mean conducting a partial and incomplete check, increasing the risk of assessment errors that could create complications during the execution of the work.

Is the consulting subject to a fee?

The consultation has no cost. However, it is important to note that the meeting at our showroom takes about three hours.

After completing this stage, the client already has all the tools needed to evaluate our company and our way of working: they have received comprehensive informational materials on the fundamentals of the pool world, have seen and touched the elements and accessories in the showroom, and have received in-depth answers from the Consultant to all their questions.

At this point, before moving on to the inspection and any further steps, we ask the client to let us know if they wish to continue with us.

Does the consultating also include architectural and/or landscape design?

Our consultation is designed to work alongside architects and landscape designers, who are essential to ensuring the success of the project. We therefore do not provide architectural or landscape design ourselves.

However, if the client does not already have a trusted professional and would like a recommendation, we can suggest outstanding experts with whom we have been collaborating for years in the fields of outdoor and landscape design, guaranteeing reliable and qualified support.
