On the seafront of Porto Sant'Elpidio, we built this spectacular penthouse swimming pool, with a view of the blue Adriatic Sea stretching as far as the eye can see.
The first striking and distinctive feature of this project is the panoramic overflow on three sides of the pool, which enhances the infinity effect towards the horizon while offering a 180-degree view. The compensation tank follows the three sides of the overflow, emphasizing the modern and elegant design of the structure and its cladding.
The swimming pool is protected by a transparent glass balustrade that also runs along the entire terrace and sunbathing area, preserving the sense of lightness and the stunning view of the coastline.
The accessories
The pool is equipped with 4 hydromassage stations, allowing you to fully enjoy the benefits of the water. It is wonderful to relax by the pool with a cocktail or fresh fruit, pleasantly caressed by the hydromassage while enjoying the sea view.
Furthermore, this pool was not designed to be enjoyed only in summer and during the day. Thanks to the heat pump, the water can be heated, allowing our clients to take a dip even on the coolest evenings or during the shoulder months, such as May and October.
For the lighting, a modern solution was chosen: a spectacular warm white LED strip runs along the entire non-infinity side of the pool. The installation was preceded by a lighting design project that allowed us to assess the effectiveness of the proposed lighting solution.
The technical room
Despite the appeal of a swimming pool on a terrace, its construction always requires careful analysis and meticulous technical planning, given the complexity of the location and the need to take many factors into consideration: the weight of the structure, the dimensions and layout of the available space, the positioning of the technical room and much more.
In our case, the space available for the technical room was extremely limited. We therefore had to develop a highly precise system for positioning the various pipes, equipment, filters, etc. Thanks to the expertise of our engineer, Lorenzo Girotti, and careful planning, we were able to create a highly technological and functional environment.
The positioning of the heat pump was also carefully planned so that it would remain as hidden as possible, without having a significant aesthetic impact.

The swimming pool is truly wonderful and stands out as a sophisticated creation, surrounded by equally beautiful features such as the soft white lounge chairs and the lush green walls, which create the feeling of a true tropical oasis.
