OUR RENOVATION IN MACERATA
The swimming pool in question was built by one of our competitors in 2002, with skimmer technology and a reinforced concrete structure. The customer had not been using it for several years due to earthquake damage and other technical problems. The roller shutter cover was only used for three or four years and was then "stored in warehouse". Plus the owners were tired of the
skimmer, both for the physical effort required in cleaning and for the "unattractive" aesthetic appearance.
Our task was therefore to bring the swimming pool “back to life” and renovate it so that it could be completely functional, technologically updated, usable by the whole family and aesthetically appealing. Let's see together the steps we took during the renovation, starting from the design phases up to the completion of the swimming pool.

SIMULATIONS BEFORE WORK
In order to help the customer choose and understand the project in a tangible way, various simulations were provided of how we could transform the swimming pool. This service included:
THE CHOICE OF THE POOL
After evaluating various options, the final choice was reached. The customer opted for:
- A swimming pool with overflow on 4 sides
- Latest generation “4 seasons” coverage
- Renovation of the solarium area and perimeter flooring
DESIGN
The tank was designed in its entirety, both in terms of design and in terms of systems, control units, etc. Here are the design phases we dealt with.
THE CONSTRUCTION PHASES
The work phases required several steps which were organized in a systematic way
and precise even before starting on site. Construction works, relating to demolition, remodeling
of the shape and reconstruction of the bottom, were expertly carried out by the company
customer building based on the drawings on the previous page.

The anthracite gray coating gives an intense blue color to the entire pool; the new border elegantly accompanies the
perimeter of the tank; the diving area has been equipped with a trampoline and a new compartment for the "4 seasons" cover.
WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
"Since 1998, when we built the pool, we had never changed the cover, which was now quite worn. Furthermore, maintenance had always been a bit difficult due to the size of the pool and the fact that there were few skimmers. And in addition some problems had arisen after the earthquake. So we decided to do a nice renovation job, opting to transform the pool into an infinity pool. We opted for the under-edge infinity pool, which turned out to be really very beautiful. In fact, only after, really experiencing the pool, you really realise how much difference there is compared to the skimmer.
Not to be underestimated is also the fact that in this type of overflow there is the possibility of inspecting the channel and adjusting the feet of the tub so that it continuously overflows perfectly, something which I consider quite important.
I am furthemore fully satisfied with the choice of the gray cloth which, in addition to giving the water a very intense and elegant shade, increased its heat by a couple of degrees. The company proved to be professional and always present, and I can say that everything greatly exceeded our expectations.".
