Recently, we worked on the complete renovation of this swimming pool in the Macerata area after the owners contacted us to restore it.
During the initial inspection, we immediately identified several mistakes made by the company that originally built the pool.
Here are the different stages of the renovation project.
Correcting the pool's technical and aesthetic defects
The skimmers were removed, as they should never be installed in an overflow pool like this one. Their presence makes proper water circulation ineffective, since the return inlets draw water while the infinity edge is designed to let it overflow.
Next, we removed the brick lip on the left side of the infinity edge, demolished the old paving, replaced the oversized inspection chambers (which were far too large), and installed a new sand filtration system.
The renovation process
Here are some moments from the renovation work. Every stage was carried out under the supervision of our Technical Director, Massimo Girotti, with meticulous attention to every detail to ensure a flawless final result.

All the identified issues have now been resolved. The oversized inspection chambers were replaced with compact ones equipped with sand filters; the brick lip along the edge was removed, the entire sunbathing area was repaved, and the water circulation system was completely rebuilt.
The new grey liner gives the pool a modern appearance that blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The final result is simply stunning!
