You already understood our honesty since a while now if you read our blog or our Facebook page.
And to prove again what I said I want to tell you a story about a mistake we made and how we fixed it.
WHAT HAPPENED
Our customers purchased a 18 X 4 cover. All the construction works, according to our deal, were on them, and we provided to the firms all the usual instructions to build the compartment.
When we ordered the cover, the manufacturer told us that, considered the unusual dimensions of the pool, the compartment had to be bigger.
So, despite the inconvenience, we immediately referred the situation to our customers, and we assured them that we would have taken our responsibilities on that.
And it actually was so!
HOW WE FIXED IT
Are you asking yourself what we did?
Well, the bricklayer grabbed a jackhammer and started demolishing the old compartment. The rubbles were destroyed and we started over.
And the bill was on us. We are talking about 1.300 Euros. Without excuses and without questions.
And at the end, here’s the new compartment.
IT LOOK LIKE A NORMAL THING but it is not!
Only a pro firm, proud of its jobs and of its name works like that!
It is pretty rare that we make a mistake, but IF we do, we are not those type of guys trying to make excuses or put up a fight with the customer.
So, the wise man says: “if you want to feel safe, Professione Piscina is the way!“
